Rassilon before going back into the time War sent a signal going through our all of Time and Space with the diamond white point Star from his staff to whoever could hear the signal Rassilon and The Master's information mixed up in it. Torchwoodcore got that signal from the white point Star diamond. Walter Harkness called a meeting with the workers and agent's on torchwoodcore. During the meeting Walter Harkness explained that this signal was going through the whole of time and space. The Juructer asked," So this signal has been going through out time and space starting in 2009 December 25th expanding out and repeating the same thing. It's obvious,it's asking to be picked up and used." Walter Harkness said," I feel like something sinister is will come with it." Stacy entered the room and added," It seems best to have a spotter to keep an eye out for things to go with an agent to pick it up." The Juructer said," I think that you should go Stacy." Walter Harkness thinking about this and a vote was held to see who'd go back in time. The Juructer and Stacy won unanimously. The Juructer and Stacy entered the TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a garden shed as the exterior, and piloted it to three years after the white point Star diamond landed on Earth. The Juructer and Stacy looked around the area. Stacy asked," How many years did we get ahead of the expected year?" The Juructer replied," Three years after a big event went down." Stacy asked," Dad are you finally telling me the full story about what happened here?" The Juructer said," A long time ago my Dad was going through a lot of vanity and he had gone too far." He then proceeded to tell the story about how time was nearly ended. Stacy asked,"If that white point Star diamond is still putting out a signal. What is it going to do if we bring it to our time?" The Juructer said," You are right Stacy. But however I can't leave it here in this time on Earth." Walter Harkness understandably over the intercom said," Then You know what to do with it. Juructer pick it up. Stacy keep it monitored on your way home." The Juructer and Stacy monitored the diamond white point Star while on the way home. Walter Harkness had gotten ready cause as The Juructer and Stacy returned from the retrieval mission the cloning machine was activated. Once The Juructer and Stacy got back they asked," What is going on? The diamond white point Star here it is." Walter Harkness asked a question," what is the white point Star diamond doing to our clone machine? Stacy bring it to the Labs I want to know about the motive of this is." The Juructer was thinking. The lab worker working with Stacy said," it's making a new time lord based on the last two it had a connection with." The Juructer said," But that was The Master and Rassilon. We are not ready for this." Stacy ran to the clone machine and scanned it sending the results of her scan. The Juructer got the results. Walter Harkness said,"I hope this new time lord isn't as troublesome as either of the Time Lord's combined."
